Step 1: Initial Consultation

We will get to know via an initial phone consultation and questionnaire to find out more about your sporting background, short and long term goals as well as any nutritional challenges you may have. Getting to know you personally helps us to build a plan to really fit around your lifestyle and food preferences, which sets us up for success to achieve your goals.

Step 2: Your Personalised Plan

The service we provide is bespoke and interactive which means we really drill down into what works for you as an individual, taking into account training load, lifestyle, work, family and other life stressors. Dietary preferences, intolerances and quite simply foods you like to eat, are all worked into your plan.

Step 3: Ongoing Support & Adjustments

We offer you unlimited support alongside your plan – this is not an AI generated cut and paste service, this is human-to-human, and as flexible as you need. You have the opportunity to ask questions, have us adjust your plan as and when life gets in the way of training, and let us know what is working well and anything you would like to change.

We help you de-risk the food element of race weekend by following a tried and tested plan as well as training the gut well ahead of the race to absorb sports nutrition under stress.
