While Alan is very much the creative, Vicky brings a scientific background and analytical mind to the table. Vicky studied medicine at The University of St Andrews before following her passion and accepting an athletics scholarship at Florida State University.

Plan Development

There is a difference between eating well and eating optimally and getting the balance right can be tricky. We help you navigate the often confusing world of sports nutrition by providing a meal plan using everyday ingredients which supports your training and racing goals as well as your overall health. Health is the cornerstone of performance so we make sure your nutritional plan is not just optimised from a macro perspective, but also hits all the targets for long term health and wellbeing
